Larry Finn - "Let The Boys Play" :

"Let The Boys Play " is the new release from Larry Finn. Larry had started working on this CD shortly after we recorded "The Dig". Larry got together some of the finest players in Boston for this album. You will recognize a few familiar names from The Dig CD. Larry recorded this over the course of a few years. Although I am on most of the tracks, you will also here some great performances by a few other Boston based bass players. He put together a great combination of talent that really give a different flavor to the different tracks.

Larry plays a variety of killin' grooves that really showcase his time, feel and musicality. It's uncommon to here a drummers album with such strong melody and harmony. Larry also shows his vocal skills on a few tracks along with a bit of piano playing. If you liked "The Dig', then you will want to pick this up. I have posted some samples below for you to download. i know I speak for Larry when I say how much we appreciate the support of everyone who buys our materials. It is because of you that we are able to continue to put the music out. I only hope it's not to long before the next album that Larry and I do together.
